Headaches are a common problem that can be caused by a number of things, including stress, lack of sleep, dehydration, and certain foods. Here are some signs that might tell you that your headache is more than just a minor inconvenience:

  • If you suddenly develop a headache that comes on quickly, with tension in the muscle of the head, neck, and shoulders it could be a sign of stress.
  • If you have a headache accompanied by eyestrain, it could result from prolonged use of digital devices.
  • If you have a headache and a high temperature, it could mean a bacterial or viral infection.
  • If you have a headache with inflammation of the sinuses, it could be due to flu, cold, or allergy.

If you experience one of the symptoms above, there is no need to get panic as headaches can be treated with over-the-counter pain relievers such as Sudrex. Visit your nearby pharmacy and keep at least a pack of Sudrex at home for quick relief whenever headaches approach you.
