Lower back pain occurs in the area around the lumbar bone between the discs, tissues, muscles and nerves of the spine to the organs around the pelvis and abdomen. Lower back pain can be caused by several things like the wrong way while lifting something heavy, arthristis, joints swelling, or problems with spinal curvature.

If you already suffer from lower back pain, it may be limit your movement during activity nor sleep. Unbearable pain makes you tormented, even waking in the middle of sleep during the night. You can following some steps below for a quick solution to this problem.

  1. Use a pillow
    If you sleep on your back, place a pillow under your knees to help maintain the normal curve of your lower back. If you sleep on your side, draw your legs up slightly toward your chest and put a pillow between your legs. Try to avoid sleep on your stomach because it can be hard on your back.
  2. Stretching
    Avoid sitting at your desk all day. Get up every 20 minutes and stretch the other way. We spend a lot of time working on our office desk. If you can take a regular stretching routine, it will be great. Some people find relief from their back pain by doing a regular stretching routine.
  3. Hot and cold therapy
    Applying cold therapy will minimize your inflammation and swelling. Dont forget to place a cloth between your skin and whichever source of cold you select to avoid ice burn. Give your skin a break around 20 minutes, then you can take a hot shower for relaxing your muscle.
